Buckley’s respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it in accordance with this Privacy Notice, which also explains your rights and choices regarding your personal information.
Information We Collect
We may collect and/or obtain certain personal information (such as name and other contact details) through our website(s), mobile application(s), on-site systems (including point-of-sale terminals, kiosks, electronic waiver or registration forms, guest Wi-Fi, security/CCTV cameras, audio or video systems, and other on-premises technologies), and in connection with in-person interactions at our locations (collectively, the "Sites"). The types of personal information we may collect include:
- Contact and other personal information, such as your name, age, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone number
- Your mobile phone number and the content of the text messages you send us, when you text us
- Names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers of minors, where a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the minor provides that information to us and represents that they are authorized to do so and to consent to our collection and use of the minor’s information as described in this Privacy Notice
- Username and password to sign up for and access any Buckley’s membership, loyalty, rewards, party, event, account or guest account program (if offered) and your online profile
- Payment information (such as payment card details, financial account information, billing address, and related transaction details), which may be processed by our third-party payment processors
- Information about your education, experience, work and military history, legal work eligibility status, and other information relevant to specific jobs for which you may apply
- Other personal information you may provide to us, including information submitted through liability waivers, release forms, birthday party, group, school, or event registrations (such as emergency contact details and health, allergy, accessibility, or medical information relevant to safe participation in activities)
- If you use our mobile application(s), online account features, guest Wi-Fi, or in-venue technologies, information such as your device ID, approximate or precise location (if enabled), nearby or visited Buckley’s locations, Wi-Fi or network connection information, and device interactions may be collected
In addition, when you visit our Sites, we may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, pixels, software development kits, web beacons, session replay or similar analytics tools, and other tracking technologies, including geolocation information. The information we may collect in this manner includes IP addresses, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, information on actions taken on our Sites, recordings or replays of website interactions where enabled, and dates and times of Site visits.
A "cookie" is a text file that websites send to a visitor's computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor's browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A "web beacon," also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF, links web pages to web servers and their cookies and may be used to transmit information collected through cookies back to a web server. Through these automated collection methods, we may obtain "clickstream data," a log of content on which a visitor clicks while browsing a website. As the visitor clicks through the website, a record of the action may be collected and stored. We may link certain data elements we have collected through automated means, such as your browser information, with other information we have obtained about you — for example, to let us know whether you have opened an e-mail we sent to you.
Your browser may tell you how to be notified when you receive certain types of cookies or how to restrict or disable certain types of cookies. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to use all of the features of our Sites.
We may also collect images, video recordings, audio recordings (in common areas where signage provides notice of recording), license plate information, device identifiers, or similar information through security cameras, CCTV, access-control systems, guest Wi-Fi, arcade/game systems, point-of-sale systems, or other on-premises technologies to protect guests, employees, and property; investigate incidents; operate and improve our locations; and comply with applicable law.
If you use Site features operated by third-party social networking services (such as Facebook or Instagram), we may receive information you have made available to those services, including the geographic location of your mobile device and other information about you (such as name, email address, gender, locale, time zone, languages, social media profile URL, personal website URL, biographical information, birthday, photo, list of devices, education history, work history, hometown, interests, current city, relationship status, and certain security settings information) and your contacts on those services. Some of these services allow you to push content from our Sites to your contacts or to pull information about your contacts so you can connect with them on our Sites. Some of these services also facilitate your registration for our Sites or enhance or personalize your experience on our Sites. You should make sure you understand the information your third-party social networking services may make available to our Sites. We may use and disclose the personal information we receive on our Sites through third-party social networking services as described in this Privacy Notice.
Your personal information may also be collected by us or by third parties that support the Services, such as payment processors, website hosting providers, point-of-sale and reservation vendors, waiver or event registration platforms, analytics providers, tag-management vendors, advertising partners, fraud-prevention providers, and customer support vendors.

In addition, we may use information collected online through cookies, local shared objects ("Flash cookies"), web beacons, pixels, session replay tools, and other automated means for purposes such as (i) customizing your visits to our Sites, (ii) delivering content (including advertising) tailored to your interests and the manner in which you browse our Sites, (iii) marketing, (iv) demographic research, (v) measuring advertising effectiveness, and (vi) managing our business. These practices may involve targeted advertising where advertising, analytics, or social media partners collect information through our Sites. We may supplement data we collect through automated means with information about your location (such as your zip code) to provide you with content that may be of interest to you. We also use this information to help diagnose technical and service problems, administer our Sites, identify users of our Sites, and gather demographic information about our users. We may use clickstream data and session replay or similar interaction data to determine how much time users spend on pages of our Sites, how users navigate through our Sites, and how we may tailor our Sites to better meet the needs of our users.
We may use third-party web analytics services on our Sites, such as Google Analytics or similar providers. These providers use technologies such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons, pixels, and scripts to help us analyze how visitors use the Sites, troubleshoot performance, improve guest experience, and measure advertising effectiveness. The information collected through these means (including IP address and interaction data) is disclosed to these providers, who use the information to evaluate use of the Sites and provide related services to us. We may combine information we collect from you with information we receive from third parties and use it for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We also may use the information we obtain about you in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.
Internet-Based Advertising
On the Sites, we may collect information about your online activities for use in providing you with advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests. This section explains how to exercise your choices. You may see certain ads on other websites or platforms based on your visits to our Sites because we participate in advertising networks administered by third-party vendors. Ad networks allow us to target our messaging to users through demographic, interest-based, and contextual means. These networks track your online activities over time by collecting information through automated means, including cookies, web server logs, and web beacons, to show you advertisements tailored to your individual interests.
The information our ad network vendors may collect includes information about your visits to websites that participate in the vendors' advertising networks, such as the pages or advertisements you view and the actions you take on those websites. This data collection takes place both on the Sites and on third-party websites that participate in the ad networks. To learn more about how to opt out of ad network interest-based advertising, see the “Your Advertising and Cookie Choices” section below.
Information We Share
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may allow advertising, analytics, or social media partners to collect identifiers, internet or network activity, geolocation data, or inferences through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising. When you post a comment on our Sites, third-party social network services, or blogs, we may publish your name and/or user ID with your comment. We share personal information with third parties who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions, including payment processing, reservation, waiver, event, analytics, security, and customer support services. Mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (see “Text Messaging” below).
We also may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process (such as a court order or subpoena), (ii) in response to requests by government agencies, such as law enforcement authorities, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, protect guests, employees, or property, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity. We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution, or liquidation).
Your Options
We offer you certain choices about how we communicate with you and what information we collect from you. To update your preferences or ask us to remove your information from our e-mail lists, please use any unsubscribe link in our marketing emails, or contact us as specified in the How to Contact Us section of this Privacy Notice. You can also manage cookies and similar technologies, including for targeted advertising, using the “Manage Cookies” link in the footer of the Website, and you may opt out of interest-based advertising through the industry tools described in the “Your Advertising and Cookie Choices” section below.
